Our aim was to determine the initial problem with the client’s pairing process by completely reworking the data. We couldn’t change the workflow without first gathering the specific percentage of each parental set.
Our philosophy was to address the issue by new data compilation and showcasing how the users preference was definitive for a workable solution.
A pie chart was chosen to garner the percentages of each parent group.
A secondary chart showed the ratio of the client's users next to each other. This was done to display the advantages and disadvantages faced during the pairing process due to the disproportioned group numbers.
The solution we chose, explained our thought process and how we implemented it, in order to fix our user's initial problem.
As we measure results, it is possible to determine future outcomes of households with similar preferences. Thus, allowing the user to determine who can be accommodated.
